One sitting with three sections: multiple-choice questions on the fundamentals, a short written practical about one fictional client, and scenario questions. About two hours, one attempt. Everything it tests is in the training material.
We review the results internally and reach out by email or WhatsApp. Completing the assessment is paid either way.

No. The training material starts from zero and covers everything the assessment tests. What we are looking for is how well you absorb it and how you think about conversations. Experience with WhatsApp Business, customer service, or chat platforms helps, and tell us about it in the form if you have it.
The application form takes about five minutes. If you are shortlisted, the training material is a few hours of reading you can spread out however you like, and the assessment itself is one sitting of about two hours.
Yes. The application, training, and assessment are all online, and the roles we hire for are remote.
No. You get a confirmation that your assessment was received. We review scores internally and contact you about the outcome and next steps.
The training material describes how we build WhatsApp systems for real businesses, and the assessment questions stay reusable only if they stay private. The agreement is short, written in plain English, and shown in full before you sign.
