The monthly retainer kicks in after the included optimisation window ends. It covers ongoing monitoring, prompt updates, and edits to keep your agent sharp as your business changes. Two separate things, both optional after launch.

No. The retainer is optional and runs month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. That said, we strongly recommend it for anyone running ads or processing more than 100 conversations a week.
AI agents drift over time as your offers, hours, and inventory change. Without ongoing tuning, the agent will start telling customers things that are no longer true, which costs you trust and conversions. The retainer is the cheapest way to prevent that.
An edit is any meaningful change to your live system: updating a prompt, adding or removing a flow, changing routing logic, swapping a WhatsApp template, or refreshing a broadcast list. Small things like fixing a typo or adjusting a single line of copy don't count.
We tally edits monthly and reset on the 1st. If you need more than your tier's allowance, additional edits are $60 each. We're not pedantic about it, but we do track them transparently in your monthly report.
Yes. Most clients start at Growth and upgrade to Accelerate as their team grows. The setup difference between tiers is paid as a one-time top-up, and your retainer adjusts the following month.
