FAQ

Questions from dental clinics

Will the assistant assess toothache or swelling?

No. Pain, swelling, bleeding and any clinical question go straight to your team with a summary of the chat. If it feels urgent, the patient is asked to call the clinic. Your team decides on emergency slots.

How do recalls work?

The assistant uses the recall data in Plato and messages patients who are due, on the schedule you set. It offers real slots with the right dentist, and patients who do not reply are followed up, then tagged for your team.

Can it book family members who share one phone number?

When one number matches more than one patient in Plato, the assistant does not guess. It hands the chat to your team with a summary, so a person books for the right family member.

Can it book long treatments such as implants or root canals?

It books by the treatment lengths and dentists your team confirms. Any treatment you mark as team only in settings is always booked by your team.

Does it follow each dentist's roster?

Yes. It reads the duty roster in Plato and offers only dentists on duty who perform the treatment. Leave marked in Operations HQ blocks that dentist's slots, and affected bookings are listed for your team.

Does it work for clinics in Malaysia?

Yes. It handles +60 numbers, Malaysian public holidays and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, alongside Singapore's PDPA.
