Operations HQ · for GP clinics

Screenings, vaccinations and reviews, booked in Plato from WhatsApp.

The assistant books consultations, health screenings and vaccinations, and reminds patients when a follow-up review is due. It never gives medical advice: urgent messages are pointed to emergency services and handed to your team.

FAQ

Questions from GP clinics

Does the assistant give medical advice?

No. It never assesses symptoms, suggests medicines or says whether a patient should be seen. Any health question goes to your team with a summary of the chat.

What happens when a patient sends something urgent?

The assistant says it cannot advise on symptoms, points the patient to emergency services (995 in Singapore, 999 in Malaysia) if it is an emergency, and hands the chat to your team at once. The words that trigger this are agreed with your doctors.

Does it manage our walk-in queue?

No. It books appointments in Plato. Walk-in queues stay with your front desk.

Can it answer questions about screening preparation or vaccine suitability?

It shares preparation notes your doctors have approved, such as what to bring. Whether a vaccine or screening suits a patient is a question for your team, and the chat is handed over.

Can it handle subsidy or payment questions?

It answers only what is in your approved knowledge base and never takes payment. Questions about a patient's own subsidy, claims or bill go to your team.

How are follow-up reviews booked?

The assistant uses the recall data in Plato to message patients due a review, offers times with the same doctor first, and tags patients who do not reply for your team.
