Stage 1 of 7 · Kickoff
Kickoff: everything we need, in one session
A one-hour call where you tell us how your business runs and we show you how the project will go. You leave knowing who approves what, what we need from you and by when.
What this stage is
Kickoff turns a signed agreement into a working project. We meet your team, play your problem back in our own words, and you correct us.
We also collect access and materials. Every item gets an owner and a date, so nothing stalls in week three.

3. After-hours leads go cold by morning.

What we do
- Send the agenda two days ahead so the right people are in the room.
- Run the call and record it so nothing agreed is lost.
- Send a written recap within 24 hours: what we heard, what happens next and what we are waiting on.
- Open a decisions log that stays open until handover.
- Chase open items by name and date. Anything open for 3 working days shows in your weekly update.
What we need from you
Each item has a due point, so you can plan your team's time.
Ticks are saved in this browser only, so you can work through the list over several days.
How you know it is done
Kickoff is done when the call is held and recapped, your sign-off owner is confirmed, and every access item and document is either in or has a date.

Common questions
Why only one sign-off owner?
A committee approves slowly and can contradict itself. One named person keeps decisions quick and the plan consistent.
Why talk to our front-line staff?
They know what customers ask, which replies work and where chats go wrong. Thirty minutes with them saves rework later.
What if we cannot find a document?
Tell us. We mark the item "to confirm" and work around it instead of guessing.
Is the call recorded?
Yes, with your permission. The recording and the recap mean nothing agreed on the call is forgotten.
