Stage 2 of 7 · Requirements & design
Requirements & design: you approve before we build
We write down exactly what your AI team will do and show you sample conversations in its own voice. You correct them, then approve in writing. Nothing gets built from guesses.
What this stage is
This stage turns the kickoff call into a written plan. Every requirement says where it came from, and anything we are unsure of is marked "to confirm" rather than guessed.
You also get sample conversations: how your AI will greet, answer, book and hand over, written in its actual voice. Reading them is how you know what you are approving.
Once you approve, our technical lead designs the build and briefs the team, so everyone builds the same thing.

A sample conversation from your plan
You read conversations like this in the walkthrough and mark anything that does not sound like your business.
A "not in this round" list

You agree each item. It keeps the timeline honest and nothing is lost.
What we do
- Write the plan: what the AI handles, what it hands to your team, and what is not in this round.
- Write the rules for what the AI must never say or promise, from your kickoff answers.
- Draw the conversation flow and write sample dialogues, including an awkward one.
- Review it internally before you see it.
- Walk you through it live and read two conversations aloud.
- Design the build and brief the team once you approve.
What we need from you
Each item has a due point, so you can plan your team's time.
Ticks are saved in this browser only, so you can work through the list over several days.
How you know it is done
Your written approval of the plan and the sample conversations. No approval, no build.
What you will hear from us

Common questions
What is the "not in this round" list?
Items we agreed not to build now. It protects your timeline and budget, and anything on it can be added later.
What if I want a change after approving?
We tell you the effect on time and cost, and update the plan once you agree. Small changes, under 30 minutes and needing no new access, we just make and log.
Why read the conversations aloud?
Hearing the replies is when you notice what does not sound like your business. A signature on a document nobody read closely protects no one.
How many revision rounds do we get?
The number is set in your agreement. Corrections at the walkthrough count as part of the first round.
Can we change how the AI sounds?
Yes. The sample conversations are where you set its tone, from formal to friendly, and you approve them before we build.
